Why we combined four trades under one roof.
NBD Construction was founded in 2019. Our background is on the tools — plumbing, gas, and drainage across domestic and commercial work — and we'd seen first-hand how much of a build's stress comes from trade hand-offs that didn't quite line up.
Drains that arrived after the slab pour. Gas lines that crossed a stormwater run. Site cuts that left services exposed. Each one a phone call, a delay, and a margin that just got eaten.
So we built NBD to remove that friction. One crew handles plumbing, gasfitting, drainlaying, and the underground civil package — power, phone, water, gas. One programme. One point of contact. One contractor responsible for what's in the ground when the inspector arrives.
